RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Maxine's Apparel, we want you to love your purchase! We understand that shopping for premium fashion online can be challenging, so we've made our return process simple and hassle-free.

30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange items for a full refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Easy Returns Process

  1. Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. We'll provide you with return instructions
  3. Ship the item back to us
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

What We Except for Returns:

  • Unworn item with original tags attached
  • Items in original packaging
  • Items without signs of wear, alterations, or damage
  • Items free from odors (smoke, perfume, etc.)
  • What We Cannot Accept:
  • Items worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags
  • Sale items marked "Final Sale" (if applicable)
  • Items returned after 30 days

Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refund Method Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.
